I ordered and paid for a magicjack july 15th...still not received.
Today is august 9th.
No tracking number and nohelp.
I paid around $60 with shipping! |

They ship the units for Canada from somewhere in Ontario via regular mail with Canada Post. It comes in a special mailer that just barely qualifies as regular oversize mail so they only need to put on $1.50 postage.
When I ordered mine, there was no tracking provided or even an email telling me it was shipped. But it showed up a week later in the mailbox.
If you have not received it by now, you might want to let them know, maybe your mailperson "lost" it or someone made off with it. |

It is now over a month since I paid $60. for the magicjack via Paypal.
The 2 last e-mails were not answered.
I opened a dispute in Paypal a few days ago, and Magicjack did not respond yet.
Pretty bizarre custumer support!
If they do not answer ,there willbe a claim against them at Paypal...

Not sure where you are and where you ordered your magicJack from, but Victor is located in Hamilton. The phone number from the Canadian magicJack site is 1-(877) 901-5225
I'm in Scarborough and I ordered mine from the Canadian magicJack site in February and I received it in 2 days. |

I am from Montreal and the package is probably lost somewhere..
but I think they should answer to the e-mails I sent.
They have received a message from Paypal and still
NO RESPONSE!
So what is the matter? |
