I must say at first. I was thinking this was just a piece of crap. But I had to reformat my hard drive and then installed it. Something must of been in conflict with it.
[b] But now it's working great and has been for a couple of days. I was having trouble with people hearing me at the other end. So I went in and turned up the volume on my audio manager at the lower right hand side in the task bar area. No my friends say it sounds as good if not better than my normal phone! I could be happier! Great product. Just needs better directions on problem shooting it.
