Please can somebody at MagicJack fix their software so you can keep MagicJack running when switching accounts rather than having to switch accounts and swap the USB port the MagicJack is in and rerunning the MagicJack software?

Go ahead and contact somebody at mJ and make that request!

This is a user forum, not sponsored, endorsed, or even allegedly read by mJ. So your request here will likely fall on deaf ears...

But, this request is more than a simple software rewrite... The software would have to run in the background, and not run from a user account at all for this to work. However, then, mJ could not display the softphone, or let you interact with it, (or show you the ads), options which mJ will likely never implement, for any reason.

Finally, no need to swap USB ports. Just unplug and replug into the same port.
