How do I record my own personal voice greeting with the Magic Jack Plus unit plugged into my router? |

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, when I dial my number, the computer voice says "You have no new messages" and then I press #, the computer voice says "goodbye" and that ends the call. Any other suggestions? |

Pressing "Zero" will give you mailbox options which gives 4 recording options and a change password option. At least on the regular MJ. I believe they use the same mail system. |

I had a new message (my hang-up after the first suggestion of # did nothing once in the VM system)
Call from your MagicJack phone number into the same MagicJack number will work
The options are: * for help which offers:
1 New Messages
2 Change Folders
3 Advanced Options
4 Previous Message
5 Repeat Message
6 ?? (Don't remember this one I think it is skipped in the help)
7 Delete message or if no messages in the inbox- undelete a message
8 Forward to another
9 Save message
# to hang up or disconnect (or if you wait too long without selecting an option the system hangs up on you. |
