If you ever see that your MJ starts up, communicates to the device, but never gets past the "Starting, please wait...", the issue is with your MJ dongle.

Ok, after spending over 9 hours of worthless troubleshooting by their "tech support" who only follow a scripted knowledge base article, who also downloaded the update 14 times, reinstalled 6 times (which automatically does the update as well), who remote into on of my PC's and refused to listen to me (a computer engineer with 30 years experience), who has run helpdesk support groups, all I can say is they have worse support in the world.

Common sense here. Was working, no updates, tried in 3 PC's, tried on two different ISP networks....the issue is not with the software, or the network, or the PC!!!!!!! Must be the device or my account. They refused every time when I demanded a new device and wasted 9 hours of trying and retrying the same scripted items that I already checked. Its not just a BOT answering up either. Because when I called one of them a f'ing idiot for asking me to run the update for the 5th time, he managed to say he would end the chat. So I said fine, end my account too while you are at it. After being passed to yet another "top 10%" agent (which means nothing) and then to a "specialist who can remote into the system", who tried everything once again, I just put a stop to it all after watching this person try all kinds of stuff for 2 hours, that also lost common sense that replacing device drivers in one PC is not going to fix/find the issue for it not working in 3 other systems that it used to work in.

So REMEMBER THIS: I gave them the final ultimatum. New device or Cancel my account. Your choice! Again, you need to add the "Your Choice" to the demand. Even when they try to turn it back on you and say "So are you sure you want to cancel your account?" Response from me "No, that is your choice, new device or cancel my account." I ran several service desks, the agent cannot make that choice, so now you are being transfered to someone with real authority. You can see what choice they made from my last line.

Got my new device and all is working once again.
