how do you register a new original magic jack

I get message
this model is no longer being supported

then click on

please upgrade here to get your magic jack service

then get message

magic jack was unable to contact registration server

please check your internet connection

if you can browse other web pages, our server is temporarily down.

please restart the phone in a few minutes if it is not ready to call.

we apologize for any inconvience

click on close window

phone pad come up

you can make free calls however no one can call you

because magic jack is not registered...

As far as I am aware, magicJack is no longer taking new customer registrations for their original magicJack dongles.

You can however use it with Google's subscription free phone service by downloading and installing the GVJackApp. It works with their original Google Voice phone service and also works with their new Google Hangouts phone service. You will also have access to a lot of additional calling and blocking features not available from magicJack.

The full version of the GVJackApp is free to try out for 7 days to make sure it meets your needs and expectations before making a purchase decision. The basic version is a one time purchase of $12.95.
