I just purchased a MJ and tried to use Voice Mail by following the instructions on the printout. When I tried to retrieve a message from another phone, I kept getting "incorrect password". I hadn't even been able to figure how to get in and change the default password so was still trying to use the default.

How do I change/fix this?

Given that your issue relates to account security and voicemail passwords you should really go online and log into your MJ account, start a "live help chat," and ask MJ staff for assistance with this particular issue rather than asking for it here in a public forum. They will be able to help you with this matter VERY rapidly... and very privately.
