Jenny: it's kind of strange i can do that on my old magicjack and not the new one i just got yesterday

Unfortunately, we don't have further details on that but it appears that you were not able to use the call forwarding feature on the said account before.
Jenny: so is there is a way i can get refund for my new phone number?

Elle: If you purchased your magicJack at a retailer, please adhere to the retailer's policies/terms and return the device to them with your original packaging and receipt.
Jenny: well they won't take it back after activating it
Jenny: he already told me when i purchased
Elle: I am sorry to know that but there is no way we can send you refund as it is not purchased from our end.
Jenny: he said open box cannot be returned
Jenny: well this made by your company isn't it?
Jenny: if you remove my activation may be i can go talk to the guy and explain the situation and return it

Jenny: so which end i can get help form?
Jenny: i do not want to waste my money for a small feature you have giving me an illusion that your product has.
Jenny: and i'm expecting a resulution from you or someone above you
Elle: Jenny, as much as I want to help you out with that but there is nothing we can do from our end for your refund as first and foremost retailers have their own policies with regards in returning of devices purchased from their ends.
