I relatively new to MJ and I have a Mac (Leopard OS v10.5.Cool and I'm using a new Vtech Bluetooth Dect 6.0 model #DS-6322. CID works on my desktop Mac but doesn't on my phone's handsets. When I ask MJ Help, they blame it on the phone. So, is there any fix to this other than me going out and buying another phone?

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer!

If I'm understanding you correctly you have a bluetooth phone connected to the Mac and, not using the RJ11 port on the MJ. If that is the I can understand where the problem is coming from. I doubt the soft phone would pass that info along to the BT connection in the Mac after all its just working it as a audio in/out device.

I'm thinking you need a wired phone for CID to be passed along to it.
