Hi all,

I've been using original mj since 2008. Yeah, I've had my issues but now MJ+ is out. I've seen it at RS in my area. But my ? is will I have to possible replace my Motorola DSL modem(which has one ethernet port) in order to use mj+? If so, which DSL modem one would recommend? Also, are there any DSL modems with two ports? Don't need four ports only need port for connection to Desktop and of course MJ+.

Bottom line is that not only will I have to pay $70 for MJ+ and a new DSL modem$$. Looking at about $100. Also, my old mj subscription ends next Feburary 2012. So, I am thinking holding off buying mj+ till then. Oh yes! Still have to pay to have old mj number ported to MJ+ (If I can). Wow! Some serious loot here!
Shocked

Cheers

Just add a Linksys router and connect it to your DSL modems Ethernet port, you will end up with 4 Ethernet ports.

Check Ebay or other sales sites to save money.

hi
you don't have to pay to port your old mj number just wold add the MJplus to your account and that it if u don't want to spend on a new router or dsl modem just keep the old mj then you don't need all that expense the plus at the moment still has it's bugs but it work .mind you not as good as my old one Sad
