I purchased MJ in August 2011 and also the 5 year plan. In Dec I accepted the MJ+ offer. After registering the new device I checked my account and it was still showing active through August 26, 2016. Now I have received an email offering to extend my MJ+. What the heck is going on? I was under the impression that the MJ+ replaced my MJ but now I check and have TWO SUBSCRIPTIONS with the same number; MJ+ expiring on December 18, 2012 and MJ expiring on August 26, 2016. How can you have two subscriptions for the same phone line/number?????

That's how it works. You can't transfer over years of service. The money you spent on the 5 year plan is a total loss. Of course you could change the number on the original(I think it's $10) and have 2 lines. The 2nd option would be to change the number and give it(or sell it) to a friend so they can use it until the registration runs out.

I have changed the number on the original; there is no charge. I am disappointed, I feel scammed!
