Greetings I'm new. After months of searching and searching I have found Docs and source code for the Tiger560, Tiger560B and Tiger580 chips. I have bundled up what I have found. I hope it can be of some use to somebody. It can be downloaded from:

http://www.mediafire.com/?a3ocbckd7cobr7k

The Readme file included is as follows

# Programing and electronic Data Sheets for Tiger560 Tiger560B and Tiger580
# chipsets
DataSheets/
Tiger560-datasheet.pdf
Tiger560B-datasheet.pdf
Tiger580-datasheet.pdf

TjHwIpSDK-1309-source.tgz # Cplusplus source code for a Windows Tigerjet
# deivce. Includes code for 580 series.
# Could easily be ported to linux

# The following only includes source for the Tiger560 chip but it should prove
# useful.
tjapi.tar.gz # C source for a reverse engineered libtjapi.a
# that is used in some of the code below.

tjctl-0.0.1.tar.gz # Source to a simple utility to configure and
# tweak a TigerJet 560 based USB to FXS device

tjdemo-0.1.tar.gz # This is a sample code showing how to access
# TJ USB HID device with libtjapi.a
# See above tjapi.tar.gz for the reverse
# engineered source for libtjapi.a

tjinit-0.5-3.i586.rpm # Linux drivers, for an older version of
# Fedora, no code just binaries.

tjusb-0.3.tar.gz # TigerJet Network USB device develop kit
