I was using fire fox browser and it kept losing connection about once an hour. I came to the forum and found out this is a huge problem with Magic Jack and Magic Jack Plus. I switched over to the safari browser and within minutes it too lossed connection. The Safari browser offered to diagnose the loss of connection and fixed it. It said : Network Did not have a valid IP Configuration. IT REALLY FIXED THE ISSUE. THE NETWORK DID NOT HAVE A VALID IP CONFIGURATION. MY PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED. GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL.
