I've been on the phone with MJ tech support for hours. I discovered my MJ is not giving a MAC address. I found the IP address. Is the MJ dead? Does anyone know what to do? I have a program that shows what MAC address is connected to the IP address. The MAC address is blank.
Thanks,

My router will show a MAC address of devices on the network. You might be able to see it from the router end. I don't think any network device can work without a MAC address. |

I also have a router that will show MAC addresses.
All devices must have a MAC address to talk to the device.
How do I know if the Magic Jack is dead or if the software isn't communicating to it? It does have a blue light on.
Thanks,

I have connected the MJ to a different PC. It is working just fine. So I still need to figure out why it won't work on the PC it's been working on for years.
Thanks,
