There are a number of things that could be causing that. Your best bet is to do a search and start trying things one at a time. If you give a little more info someone may be able to help you. Are you using a plus? If so, do you have it set up as a stand alone through the router? what type of router is it? What type of phone are you using? What kind of speed do you have on your internet? Those are just a few of the questions you may be asked. Very Happy
