hey,
has anyone experienced this? Iphone 4s 16g
ios 5.01
Magicjack app loses all settings and I have to log in every time. I receive a call, do not even pick up, it simple exits and loses all settings and I have to log in again. This way it does work (or not work) serves no function.
thx

It is not a bug. You can only register one account on one iPhone. If you have an iPhone and sell it, the buyer will never register or sign in into his magicJack APP since his iPhone was already registered by the real owner. |

I guess nearly 2 years since the problem was reported and nothing has been done - I recently upgraded to iPhone 4 and encountered the same issue. It still works on the old iPhone 3GS. Tech support was useless. I spend 5-6 hours with 3 different "specialists", including the supposedly a "top notch guru". All I got, after all is a promise that they have submitted an issue to their technical HQ with status "urgent" and that someone will contact me when resolution is found... So far it has been a week... I guess I sould not hold my breath. I am going to try the fix suggested on page one. Hopefully it works with MJ Plus... |
