Incoming calls directly go to voicemail without ringing

I brought this MJ+ 4 months back and since then occasionally (approximately once in 2 weeks) device goes into such a mode where all incoming calls directly go to voicemail without ringing.

This problem goes away if I reset MJ (unplug and plugin back to power stripe)
Very annoying part is we do not come to know this issue until I call my number and see calls landing to voice mail.

I have numerous chats with with MJ support (they call themselves top 10% agents). They have asked me to do these
(1) Reset the device
(2) Reset my modem/router
(2) They refreshed my MJ plus connections at their end
(3) port forwarding on my router

Out of these only #1 solves the problem. But I cannot reset when I am not in home and members in the home do not know that MJ is stopped ringing and become useless phone.

Please help me how to solve this problem.

First log into your MJ account online and check you voicemail settings - make sure the delay is set to at least 25 or 30 seconds, which should provide you with 4-6 "rings" before going to voicemail.

Then, if the problem persists, when it next occurs call your MJ-connected phone from a different phone and check to see how long it takes and how many "rings" you hear (on BOTH the called phone AND on the phone from which you are dialing) from the time of call connection to the time that it goes to voicemail - if it goes *IMMEDIATELY* to voicemail - without you hearing ANY "rings" on the phone FROM WHICH YOU DIALED THE CALL - then the problem most likely is at MJ's end although you might have a defective MJ device.
