I have been running MJ fine for past year up until today. All of sudden no dial tone. Come to find out MJ released an update. Well, my screen says:

"Downloading, updated, Lucky You..installing" then the MJ icon disappears. The phone dialpad never appears.

I tried:
1) Running mjRemover.exe - removed it
2) Installed update.exe manually - same thing - and still no dialpad
3) FORMATTED my entire HP 5710 - logged in as admin, Plugged in MJ- downloaded and still NO DIALPAD
4) Tested USB MJ in another PC - installs fine and dialpad appears

So Im stuck now.. Why is the dialpad not appearing anymore on my TV HPt5710?? Running @ 800MHz/256/256

Just a guess, but I think you probably ran out of C: memory. My t5710 with 256 MB flash only had 15 MB of space left after the old MJ install. Now I run it with 1 GB. I'm sure the "Lucky You" upgrade used more, not less FLASH C:. It's easy enough to add more. Check the sticky at the beginning of this thread.

It was the HD space. The latest MJ update was too large for 256MB. I bought and installed 512Mb and it works fine now.
