My card that I used to sign up expired and did not auto renew thus my phone was off this morning, I quickly logged on to "my magicjack" and paid for another year, this was about an hour ago and it's still not working?
Anyone ever had to do this, how long will it take towork again?

After paying for the renewal, you'll get a confirmation screen that includes an order number. That number must be entered as the code.
If you have already closed the window, I don't know a way to retrieve the code on your own. You will likely have to deal with MJ's official chat support and tell them you need your code.
I've read older threads where people had success doing so. |
