|
|
I've got notifications on on my iphone, but the mj app won't ring when I get a call. I get the calls, I just can't hear a ring. I can't remember if I allowed push notes or not. Any solutions? Reinstalling app doesn't seem to work as it remembers my account info. |

Try these:
In order to receive calls, you must turn Notifications on for your magicJack APP.
On your iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch, go to Settings, Notifications, and select magicJack APP
Make sure that Alert Style is set to Notifications and Sounds are turned on. |

Is your MJ App phone number a regular 10-digit number or the one with asterisk *? |

it's my 10 digits mj number that I've had for a few years now.
The iphone will vibrate, but not ring. |
