I have tried from different computers and at all times of the day and i cannot run or download the file. can anyone verify this a working link? http://upgrades.magicjack.com/upgrade/upgrade.exe http://upgrades.magicjack.com/upgrade/upgrade.exe tech support swears the link works but i think i'm getting the runaround. Do you get an error message, or any message at all when you try to run/download the link? What's your OS?
