I can't register.....I am on a 30 day free.......the activation code they sent me in my email does not work......My email address is right.....my order # is right ....I have tried everything......The register window comes up and overides the magic jack keypad window all the time.........my phone line is dead |

I suspect that your best bet would be to go online to the MJ website and start a "live help chat" while your MJ device is plugged into your computer's USB port. |

I can suggest you to take your time to do registration again with new email address. |

I believe that the registration you made did not go through. It would be better if you'll do live chat. |
