Hi
my first post. I misplaced/lost my magicjack. Can I order a new one but retain my old number?

I think you can keep your old number but you have to chat with customer service FIRST - BEFORE you ever plug in the new magicJack dongle.

Log into your my.magicjack.com account and you'll see a button that says "My magicJack was lost/stolen". It'll walk you through their procedure.
