I believe there is a time limit to renew an expired subscription. Your best bet would be to contact online support ( chat) and see if they can help.

Also please don't use all caps as it comes across as SHOUTING... Just an FYI.

FWIW - Mine expired a while back (wasn't using it - then actually had a valid use) - EXPIRED! All I did was call MagicJack - super representative - renewed within minutes and kept old number. So, just give them a call.

All you did was call Magicjack?

Would you happen to have a phone number to call Magicjack?

That is the billing support number listed in the FAQ's section of this forum.

For others looking to call MJ, I would assume they can only handle a very narrow range of issues, like this one and billing screw-ups. But heck, even if it's technical, about the worst thing they can do is hang up on you.

THIS IS LIKE PULLING TEETH! (as if I knew how hard that was/is - it seems very simple....tie a string to a door knob, then to a tooth and then slam the door...right?)
MJ service is NON existent when it comes to billing.
(of course this is upon further review this week) Confused
