Redemption code to extend service?

I don't see a redemption code on my receipt, but I was charged for the additional year.

Did you sign into your my.magicjack.com and look to see if the extension is applied? If not contact the chat an investigate, if they are no help, ask to chat with someone higher up.. As long as you show the order number and have all the receipts, you will be fine..Let me know how you make out with it

Thank you for your reply. I emailed and used live chat and the problem was taken care of today.
