magicJack and magicJack Plus Support, Reviews, FAQs and Tricks

HI All. I've installed magicjack but it won't connect to the register server. I hit weather and I go to weather, I hit yahoo, and I go to that site. I go to all the sites under favorites but cannot register for my number. Got in touch with live support and they had me allow sites call4free.com and magicjack.com. I did that. They had me change usb ports and I did that. Both direct to the back of my computer and thru my usb router. I also disabled my firewalls. She mentioned magicjack uses ports udp5061, tcp 80 and tcp443. Not sure how to tell what port I'm using so that might help me. Any suggestions sure would help. Thank you

The registration servers do on occasion drop off line; I would just wait and try again tomorrow. That has worked for me.
