confirm that this is a new problem for me starting today as well. XP Pro machine through a 3Com OfficeConnect and a Motorola Surfboard. Have 2, both started doing the ACK pending message, dropping OUTBOUND calls at 32 seconds. No changes to software or router/modem.
Have has random problems with not begin able to accept incoming calls for a while, but the last MJ update seemed to resolve that..now this. |

This is due to your Linksys router. You can disable SIP ALG or can add a UDP port range starting from 49152 to 65535 along with UDP ports 5060 and 5070. After that restart your magicjack and your magicjack will work fine. |

what does adding a UDP port range starting from 49152 to 65535 do? |

I got this error last night doing a few test. It seems when I would only get this when I would lag my network on purpose and I would end the call from cell phone and it would still ring on magicjack and get stuck in a "PENDING ACK" status and it would push a blank voice mail.
So I would thing that pending PENDING ACK is just a shitty connection. |
