Hi guys, im new here... anyone else had this experience?

Heres my story i got my new magicjack GO last july and was very excited and it went smooth and quality is great but when i was trying to get a vanity number my problem starts.

I am using my VISA debit card which is issued by my bank i use it for like 5 years on paypal and other online transactions with no problem, i tried to order their vanity which costs $20 and when i process order i get a "process fail" error so i assume it was an internal problem so i tried it again like 3 times with my dismay i thought the order were not made so i was not charged and i was surprised when my card zeroed... so i call my bank immediately and tell them about the problem and sadly i have to file a dispute, i have to make a signed dispute letter, have to send them a copy of my front and back of the card and have to wait for 60 days for my money to be available again like yeah? i need that money for other purpose that time and in my country its a big amount.

But i can not do anything but wait and after like 45 days i got my money again but since i needed the money i didnt immediately use it on magicjack to continue my order. Until now i tried it again and with my disappointment i get the same problem and i only tried it once.

Anyone else had this issue?

It could be a problem if your card is not from a US bank. Don't know a solution if it is a US bank.
