Magicjack works on iphone with iSip - no need to jailbreak
Hi,
I thought I'd share this with everyone here, that I just found out I can use my magicjack account on iphone with an app called 'iSip'.
Actually it was not working until today after I upgraded to iSip's latest update. So they must've fixed something in their app to get through magicjack's registration process.
No need to jailbreak anymore.
Cheers.

ISip has been redevelopped on Android, called aSip, using the same C sip stack.
From Shanghai Kaiwei Network Technology(VNET-CORP.)
Version 1.0 is the only one up on Market at $3.99. I think I will give it a try - I'll report back.
Could you please post what settings that was successfully used on iSip.
Thanks,
arc

Siphon has a built in MJMD5 solution in some of their builds:
http://www.phoneservicesupport.com/siph ... 50-15.html
It's possible that this one is doing the same thing, but so far, as far as I know, only kevin has it up and running.
I could not get this software, iSip, to work with my MJ's. Though I only tested the Android version.

With them and this new mj update, I dunno if its going to work. I renewed my license and they changed my sip password and now I cannot find it in my dumps.
aSip worked with mjproxy, I had it working for 2 days then I had to renew my license and then BAM! my sip credentials were 401 auth rejected. They took my money and changed my password and now I cannot get my sip password so I am f'ed right now and PIST!

I just successfully arrived to run my NetTalk (TK6000) on aSip:) while still having the dongle active and connected on a different IP. Multiple device support! And, nice call quality as well.
Tricky way to find the correct credentials though...
Take that MJ!
I have less issues with latency with this solution than with my prior solution with SipDroid through the GV - SipSorcery - SipGate - pbxes chain.
Still looking for a MJ Andoid solution though.

We added the MagicJack support in version 4.7, and we have customer verified that it is working. Those of you who have MagicJack account are welcome to try it out.
Let us know if you see any issue with MagicJack.
Thanks.

Why? - Just because I can...
