Area Code Issue

Every time I dial I keep getting the message that I need to put in the area code when dialing even though I am.

Any help??

Have you tried 1+area-code+number. I can't imagine why you would need this - I don't but its worth a try. Also have you tried dialing from the soft phone? You might have a problem with your analog phone and MJ is losing digits.
